Hi I was wondering why when I try to send a rar file that is under 20mb, it always fails because there is an added .eml file there all of a sudden. What is this?

No idea but why are you trying to send a 20mb file? That's way too large for most email services.

I'm using Yahoo mail which is one of many other Email services that can send up to 20mb. Im sending some images and I've chosen to rar it because of the email sender/provider/or whatever can only send of so many items at a time.

[QUOTE="Serraph105"] put it into a zip file.

.rar is a .zip, it uses a different compression utility.
