eminem is screwed

so far for the past 2 songs that he has released, I see so many people saying " this sucks " " his voice sucks " " im not buying this album ".

well i for 1 think its good, his voice still sounds like eminem,

I was excited for the album but after I've heard all of songs he's released I just don't care about it anymore. I don't like any of it.

I've been a fan of Eminem since elementary school, but I understand the issue people have with the new singles. He's taken the voice he used on jokey tracks like "The Real Slim Shady" and "Drug Ballad" and used it to deliver dark lyrics like those on "Kill You" (3 AM is the best example of this). For some, it ruins the effect. I thought The Eminem Show was his best album because he kept the normal voice on tracks that dealt with political or emotional issues, but got silly on stuff like "My Dad's Gone Crazy."

But then, some would say his trademark and reason for greatness is purposefully taking the snotty, look-at-me approach to touchy subjects like violence.

Why do all rap songs recently insist on using nursery rhymes as a basic for the song, or having their songs sound like nursery rhymes?

He's got one decent song that I like, but that's the only one.

I never liked Eminem's music. When Rolling Stone called him a genius, I thought the term was being used very liberally. The one positive thing I can say is that the sample from "My Name Is" introduced me to Labi Siffre...Labi Siffre is great.
