So I went down to this local music store near my house and I was surprised to see that they were selling Eminem's new album early. Either they didn't know it's not suppose to be out yet or they didn't care. So anyway, I picked it up and I've been listening to it today. I think it's pretty good. It's a nice refresh back to his old style. The singles that have been released onto the radio aren't the best songs on their, just the ones that would appeal to the most people. I think that's why they were released a head of time. The real good stuff is in the rest of the album. If you're fond of the Eminem in Encore or maybe even Curtain Call, you might not like Relapse that much, but if it's the Eminem from the Slim Shady LP or the Eminem Show that you've been longing for, I think you'll be pleased. What do you guys think from what you've heard either on the radio or if you've been able to buy it early?

it's definitely not better than SSLP or MMLP but it's a lot better then his last releases Encore and The Eminem Show. the album has some pretty good tracks My Mom, Medicine Ball, Deja Vu, Underground, Hello are a few of my favorites

Yeah, I don't believe he will ever be able to get back to the glory days of SSLP and MMLP, but considering how late it is in his career, he's doing a pretty damn good job.

It's not his best, but I still really have enjoyed it so far. I haven't heard all of the songs yet, but I've loved what I've heard.

Umm.. I thought he was supposed to retire ('publically' announced it anyway?) after he made "Curtain Call". wth? Runnin outta dough there, Marshall?

oh well: "But it feels so empty without me....I'm back..nanana nana nana nah.." Nice marketing stunt -go dormant until the media forgets you!

He had some funny stuff, but it gets old from my parental point of veiw. More argues with my teenager....
