does anbody know if there is an energy bar or any other type of food that is packed with empty calories. I'm tryin to gain some fat cuz im pretty skinny. im 120 lbs btw

if u only weigh 120 why do u want to loose weight?  and no i dont know of any energy bars

Empty calories are present in high energy foods that have poor nutritional value.  I would not recommend eating this way for the sole purpose of gaining weight.  You'll end up wrecking havoc on your body.

Why don't you eat steak, rabbit, and other PROTEIN-rich meat (beans if you're a vegetarian), and lift some weights. Muscle ways more than fat, and has the added benefit of being buff instead of obese.

You do excerise regularly right? if not that you'll just end up as another fat-tard, i you want to gain weight just excerise for an hour a day and eat good meals.

How tall are you?  And besides, you shouldn't be adding on fat, that's considered unhealthy.  If you want mass, gain muscle mass, not fat mass. ;)

Ice Cream, Soda, Doughnuts will easily just pack on the pounds...just have all 3 as a snack twice a day and you should reach your goal.
