Ever been **** blocked?

We've all probably been there. You're talking to a girl at a party, you think you're gonna make it, then some guy moves in and decides to sip on your kool-aid.

Here's an example, me and a friend are at a party talking to this one girl. I'm making her laugh, we're having a good time, and we get on the subject of Las Vegas. My friend has never been, so he has nothing to say. Never to be one out of the conversation, he decides to throw this jewel in, "Yeah, but I thought it was a little sketch that he went with his ex-girlfriend..." :|

Anyone else been  victem to this heaneous act of treason?

Kinda. Me and my girl were supposed to engage in some fun after she got out of classes, so I was all ready eager, she was all ready eager, next thing you know her best friend pops up and won't go away. We tried hinting so hard that she was going to miss her ride and that we didn't want her to come but she basically just imposed herself on me for a ride home even though I had to be at work..

however last time we had these plans and the friend tried it again, she honestly said "Look I really don't think you want to come over because I'm going to have sex with my girlfriend and it'll be REALLY hard with you there."

So I got a great chuckle out of that, then we proceeded :)

Yeah, a few months ago me and this girl (whom my friend used to date but claimed he hated and was totally over) were hittin it off. It leads to the bedroom of my friend's house (as I was far away from my own) and my friend gets extremely jealous. So I'm in the guest room doing my thing with my friend watching (which was admittedly awkward) when he walks out of the room saying this is boring and goes to watch TV. A few minutes later he walks in and lays on the bed, body turned toward the wall and says he's not gonna move. I try to calm him down and tell him I won't do anything with the girl if he doesn't want me to and he just lays there and says no I'm fine do your thing. So I continue with the mood sort of ruined now, and my friend begins letting out fake sobs to try and distract us. At this point I was kinda pissed, as was the girl, but in an attempt to be a good friend I told the girl this just wasn't gonna work.

The next day my friend and I both agree not to have anything to do with the girl anymore (even though I had really taken a liking to her) in order to stay close friends. The next week the girl actually asks me to be her boyfriend and I tell her I'm not really in the mood for a relationship at the time when in fact I would have said yes if it weren't for the agreement made with my friend. A week later I start talking to her again and apparently she's going back out with my friend whom I had made the agreement with. This really pissed me off. My friend -- one of my best friends had lied to me and broken an agreement, which I had dutifully kept. A month later she broke up with him for being too over-protective or something, and we both came to realize she was a whore in the first place, as she had another boyfriend within the next few days. My friend and I are close again now, but the whole experience really made me realize what a douchebag he can be :lol:
