All the time.
All through yeat 10-11 I did bugger all work.
Only passed 3 of my 11 mocks in year 10...
Yet when it came to my exams at the end of the year I passed everything...
In High School I failed Sophomore English becuase the teacher was a b****
I also failed Current Events class because I was'nt going to go stand on a street corner waving a banner about something political I don't agree with. I prefer writng letters to my representatives about that kind of stuff.
Luckily when I re-took current events I did not have to do that crap.
dont worry about gettin a D not every1 can have perfect grades i failed 2 class for my 2nd quarters, but i think the teachers failed because they just dont like me

I've come close. I've never gotten anything below a C though I have carried an F in several classes for a good bit of the semester. In grade six math I had an F in there for awhile because I refused to do any homework (I figured it didn't count for much of my grade so I didn't bother. I was wrong) though I pulled it up to a B by the end of the year. In my sophomore year of HS I nearly failed algebra II and I'm pretty sure I did but the teacher gave me a pity C (I saw that because my grade was a 71 which is the lowest grade you could get at that school and still pass). While math is my weak subject the reason I had such a hard time in that class was because the teacher sucked (he never lectured. All he did was say "read pages X-Y" at the beginning of every class and that would be it). The other classes I nearly got F's in were during my junior year when I slept through all my classes. I had a D in Spanish II which I was actually somewhat proud of since the only way to get a D at my school was to have exactly a 70. I had an F in AP US history for most of the semester (though funny thing was that I scored higher on the AP test than most of the class who all so obssessed with their grades). And I had an F in Euclidean Geometry for awhile (or maybe it was a low C...like I said, math not my strong point, though in the case of geometry I was sleeping through the entire class, every class for about three months of the semester and never did the homework).
In all those cases though I always pulled my grade up to either a C or B, so I've never actually failed a class. And I learned my lesson in high school about what happens when you're lazy so now I actually apply myself in college and I've still got a 4.0 GPA three semesters into my college career.
