Toblerone bars. Very large blocks of chocolate are always a good thing. But do they have an aftertaste that resembles the smell of gasoline? I think so. Has anyone else noticed this, or it it my bizarre sense of taste acting up again?

Well, the thing I don't get is how you know what gasoline tastes like. Each to his own, I suppose.

Never eaten them. I just buy them to look classy and swiss. But with the prospect of being able to eat a gasoline flavored treat...I'll take a bite next time.

I like the ones that are 10 pounds and you buy them for about $25. :D They give me an entire week's supply of sugar in one day.

I don't know about gasoline, but they do have kind of a funky aftertaste. I've never liked them much myself...the chocolate tastes fake, like the stuff Kinder Eggs are made of.

Scientists call it "chocolate." It's derived from cocoa beans. Quite delicious, really. You should try it sometime. (Not a Toblerone, though.)

I had one once, thought it tasted like crap (don't remember if it was like gasoline) and haven't had one since. Aren't they expensive anyway?

The only time I had one was one time on a plane to Japan like 6 hours in with anothor 10 behind that so I proubly couldn't tell.
