I have two really cool teachers who has a PS3, and had a red ringed 360 soon to get ps3. It makes school a bit funner talking to teachers about corporations and games and stuff.
My Stats teacher told us in college he was playing CS. And he got shoot threw the wall, and he was like "ohhhh haxors!" and he said he was a noob. He's a cool guy.
Last year, my World Issues Geo teacher talked about how she likes playing Zelda and Pokemon.bluezy
Lots of teachers just talk about small things like that, but they still don't actually play videogames. Teachers all seem to say they like Super Mario Brothers or Pacman. How unoriginal, right?

My old chem teacher loved videogames, when he wasnt talking to me about chem he was talking about videogames. he was my favourite teacher. on the last day of school he brought his ps3, hook it up to the projector, and me and him played Timesplitters, R:FoM, gtaSA and motorstormon a HUGE scale. it was awesome.
when asked what game he should get, some people said "get halo 3" he responed.
"Well see, here is where i say, halo 3 is futuristic killing, now if i were to play a game like that i wanna do some real killing like a world war 2 game or manhunt 2"
my advanced algebra teacher plays PC / 360/ Wii games whenever he has the chance at home, and he knows pretty much every Marvel/DC/Transformers character. It was pretty funny because on the first day of school he brought a poster with all the marvel characters and named all of them and what comic they came from. Geek:x
Yeah, me and my philosophy teacher talked about fav. games and the impact of violent videogames in the minds of teens, we agreed that it has little to no effect, rather, it is the absence of ANY other influence, namely parents that corrupts the young mind.
yea a bunch of my teachers know all about recent videogames. one of them skipped school to beat halo 3 the first day it came out and another was has 223 video games
my math teacher owns a wii and told us he was getting metroid prime 3:corruption a week before it came out.... my civics teacher talked about how video game consoles started out... liek first he said there was this thing called PONG....then ATARI........then the NES..... and so on and my history teacher is part of the black watch (which is something military related)... and he mentioned stuff about call of duty and halo....
Well I never had any teachers that talked about videogames they either had or got into, but the closest thing to a teacher that talked about games was my last year's World. Lit teacher. He said "don't be playing halo and World of Warcraft or whatever you do instead of homework". He made little remarks like that, like he can at least name some games but I don't know if he plays any. And a teacher from 3 years ago said he had a Gameboy Advance. He never talked about it though.
My English teacher was teaching a few days after Halo 3 game out. She was teaching something but I can't remember what, and suddenly she turned around and asked, "So anyone buy Halo 3 yet?" We all looked at her and I shot my hand up and said, "I did!" and my girlfriend who sits next to me rolled her eyes and said, "Addict." Anyway, it was even odder that she asked it, because she's one of the hottest teachers in the school.
