Ever thrown a party OT?

Have you ever thrown a wild and crazy party OT? You party animals you ;)

I have not. People around my city do bad stuff during and after parties, like destroying property, trying to kill each other, drinking and driving.... And cops tend to get involved is some way or another...

I'd rather not deal with that.

We have had many big parties at my house, I'm in college so isn't too hard to get a lot of people over. Although lately we haven't been having any because of people trashing our property and people fighting in our front yard. It just amazes me how stupid people can be...

I coudln't see my house as "the party type of house". So to answer the question, no.

I used to a lot in junior high and high school. Nothing cazy or over complicated, but halloween parties and bonfires, etc. However now that I am in college I have become apathetic and social and haven't had anyone inside my house in a long time.

Many many times in my younger days

I have and boy what a night. It was the kind of party that started off small, and escalated out of control. By the peak of it, I didn't know half the people there and we had more alcohol than I'd ever had in one place outside a bar. Add to that a great stereo system and certain herbs in a bag, and eventually the cops showed up to crash the party. Thank God we had a designated sober person to talk to them..

Yup, threw a house party for my 21st, Invited 50 people, 247 showed up. Booze and food was expensive, but it was the best Uni of the year.

Awesome night, great music, there was FIFA and guitar hero and TWISTER!

nothing got destroyed, except for a plate or two.

Gotta invite a select few people I can trust though. But so far no problems at all. Usually keep it fairly small at my house, if we have larger parties I have it out at my camp so we're outside most of the time and the worst we can destroy is my old outdoor furniture that's falling apart anyways.

Never had any issues with anything being stolen or destroyed though. But still gotta be careful.

I rarely trow a party, my house is more of the relaxing afterparty kind.

I go to other people's parties. That way I don't deal with cleaning up whatever **** went down that night.

I'm looking for that cartoon with everyone having a good time except this one guy standing in the corner and the text says "im bored, i want to go home, my feet hurt, i wonder if mom will pick me up".

Because it seems perfect here.

Use to have a party almost every week my Freshman year of college. Then the first party we had sophomor year we had a fight, a bunch of stuff stolen, and our place was trashed.

Now we don't have parties, we go to them so we dont have to deal with that **** again!

Nope. Besides, I don't think people will enjoy it anyway.

Never. I would much rather go to a party than have one at my house. The negatives outweigh the positives.

Positives:

you personally wont need to drink and drive

All your friends come to you

Probably free booze

Negatives:

You have to clean up

Something will probably get broken

People will drink and drive (obviously)

The cops could show up and your at fault

Wake up the next morning with vomit and passed up people in random spots around your house

It will smell awful probably

3 months ago. We played video games and played football/soccer. We also ate food :p

Yes I have, in 2009 for my 19th bday. It was fun and all until a fight broke out and the cops came and kicked evryone out :( the worse part about this was the mess and things I found broken:( (My parents were out of town)A lesson learned.....

I usually go to partys, its alot better especially if its at a good friends house so that way you can sleep there the night and get a lift home.

I remember one party i went to at my mates house when we were 17it had like 70-90 different people there from 5pm to 3am when the 20 or so of us that were left just fell asleep.

It was a wild party and i only had a couple drinks as i really dont drink much so i was like 1 of the few that hadnt gotten drunk that night.

Anyway my mate wakes me up at 4 in the morning and him and 5 other mates had blocked off one of the guest bedrooms, because some aboriginal smackhead had casually walked into the house through the party and set himself up in there and started smoking pot and possibly injecting heroin.

Anyway i said to them why wake me up just you guys get him out of there, they woke me up because i knew martial arts and they wanted me there incase he got rowdy and eventually we went in there and he was asleep and he was completely out of it so we picked him up and carried 300m down the street to a bustop and just left him and his bag there.

Some crazy **** but thats one reason i'd never host a party like that

Definately not! I'd go to someone else's house party though, no problem :D
