Yes, but if I'm too freaked out when it's over I'll play Mario Kart or something nice to get it out of my head.

Not at midnight. However, I did all of that (except for the time) with Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon between 6:00 and 8:00 at night on Wednesday. It was for a film report, but I thoroughly enjoyed the movie.

I always watch films during the late hours of the night. I hate having distractions, so I watch them when everyone in my family is sleeping. It's the most heavenly way for me to watch films and it totally beats out watching movies in an empty theater because I'm in the comfort of my own home, watching them on my huge TV.

the last scary movie did that with wat teh Exorcist. I watched at night and went to sleep right after it was over. It wasn't as scary as people made it out to be. It was probably much scarier when it first came out.

Most comfortable way to watch a movie is with a laptop on your bed.

I've been watching a lot of The X-Files lately because I finally completed my collection with the last two seasons. They're nowhere near as scary as the early seasons though.

Probably could. Played through FEAR and am playing through Condemned Criminal Origins in a room with similar circumstances except with two dogs who may or may not have a tendency to randomly bark loudly and spaz out at random intervals. This doesn't really affect me much, oddly enough.

Yeah, that is best way to watch any thriller/horror film, regardless of your age. During my childhood, I had great experience doing that with the original Night of the Living Dead.
