Heh, so true man. I don't have battlefield though, but I plan on buying it soon. For now, it's just MW2 which my friend let me borrow..And I'm very dissapointed by it..:x
It probably got banned cause they took it overboard. The "spraying all over the place" and the "deeeper penetration.." lines were examples of this lol.
I saw this commercial tonight, so either the ban isn't in effect yet or it isn't banned in the US. Either way it was clever enough to get my attention. Pretty good marketing.

It's a common tactic for companies to deliberately make commercials for them to be banned because people are more likely to watch those adverts to see exactly why they were banned.

This is not banned, at least not in the US. I just saw it three times tonight on the Stanley Cup Finals on NBC. Branded with the 360 logo at the end. SpruceCaboose
The 1 minute version got banned and they were forced to cut stuff out to make it 30 seconds.
