Well actually mutations inside the species drive evolution forward. So they don't actually have to be a different species. Species is just a rough classification that is put in place when the mutations are considered differentiating enough.All humans belong to the species Homo sapiens regardless of their birth origin. So, no, there is no superior species among "our species" because we are all one species.

But OP, evolution doesn't work like that, evolution takes a long long long time to do anything, the few thousands of years that the various "races" of humanity have been separated is not really worth much apart from the obvious adaptations that are mostly the product of various intensity of suns rays. There is no superior race, as you can pretty plainly see.
