I like it; it looks a lot more professional. The old logo looks like it was designed by someone fresh out of graphic design school trying to stretch their abilities and overcompensate.

In my opinion the old logo has a more playful feeling, while the new logo has a more corporate feeling that is more professional and would look better in branding, etc. So maybe in the long run, the new logo is more sensible.

The old logo takes slightly more skill to make than the new logo, but that's not saying much as the old logo should be relatively easy to make for any intermediate-level graphic designer.

The old ones is the 'new' one, meanwhile the new ones is actually the 'old' ones. Google chrome's new logo is ultimately terrible! Also, many bugs on it's browser while i'm using this browser (not the chromium). The chromium logo also looks like this and it was happened before this thread was started.
