Your list is pretty accurate as to excessively bizarre films. I'd also recommend seeing El Topo, another film by Jodorowsky which is similar to Holy Mountain. Fantastic Planet is pretty bizarre as well, but not in a disturbing way. Un Chien Andalou is a short film made by Luis Buñuel and Salvador Dalà which is the perfect example of surrealist cinema, and therefore is really weird as well.
Some others:
Visitor Q (Takashi Miike), Permanent Vacations (Jim Jarmusch), Gummo (Harmony Korine), Delicatessen (Caro, Jeunet), Sleep, Empire and basically anything directed by Andy Warhol, The Pillow Book (Peter Greenaway), Naked Lunch or Videodrome(David Cronenberg), Last Year at Marienbad (Alain Resnais), and so on.
