On my avatar there's the NERV logo, from Neon Genesis Evangelion which in german means nerve. The logo is made of a fig leaf, which in the bible is mentioned to be used for covering Adam and Eve when they learned they were naked; so the fig leaf also symbolises NERV purpose which is to hide or protect mankind but we all know that is not entirely true, the second part of the logo are the words "God's In His Heaven... All's Right With The World" which are taken from Robert Browing's poem "Pipa Passes" and that's about it.85070537783

That Browning quote seems out of context when you actually know Pippa Passes. Pippa sings this song whilst passing through the neighbourhoods of Asolo, which are filled with criminals. Maybe this is relevant to NGE? (I've never seen it, though heard good things)

You are right the words are indeed out of place, and no the song is not relevant to evangelion at all from all I know, maybe they thought just those words were a good motto for the logo.
