Depends on the situation. If it is important that I need to see changes made to a page right away I use F5, if it is just normal browsing, I just use the refresh button.

I never knew of this. Will add to my options. lol is it really something significant that you can now right click instead of reaching a few inches with your finger?
F5 for the win. I guess I'm a desktop user at heart so I'm used to big keyboards, reaching for F5 on my laptop is infinitely easier then using this pudding-esque trackpad. edit: I realize to understand my reference one would have to spend a little time with their fingers in the pudding.
