facebook friends list

When visiting other people's facebook page, I noticed that they were able to hide their list of friends (although you can still see pretty much eveything else on the page). I tried looking for that option and could not find it. Can someone tell me how to do that? Is it in Privacy settings or somewhere else? Thanks.

It's either in privacy setting or account settings.Something like that.
