Universities have good connections, no surprise there. If I used my campus' internet I'd get speeds as high as that. Unfortunately, home connections with that kind of speed are rare.

If I get on at about 3 AM, I can get as high as 80, but I'm usually not willing to do so.

This is the best I've gotten for daylight hours, though I can get 60 at about 9-10 PM.
