Dr Manhattan would destroy The Hulk and turn him into clean renewable energy. NOBODY can stop Dr Manhattan. Dr Manhattan is GOD. He can do ANYTHING, and there is absolutely no way to hurt him. I don't care how mad The Hulk gets. Dr Manhattan would aporize him with a mere thought.
