No it's not,it sucks! you lose way more brain cells watching family guy than anything else on TV. Family guy is like the "Fox news" out of South park and the Simpsons.

i've never laughed at family guy before. i find it to be a very redundant show.

it would be good if the creators didnt throw in a bunch of liberal political b.s. in the show.

Family Man is better.

Nah after the third season the show became stale, especially after that hilarious South Park episode that poked fun at Family Guy. After that episode, it was the final nail in the coffin for me to ever watch Family Guy again. I do enjoy Archer though that show is 10x more funny and has better writing.

You know whats weird? I used to not care for American Dad and I loved Family Guy, recently though it seems like Family Guy is getting worse and American Dad is getting better.

Family Guy is turning their once cool characters into caricatures of their former selves, with jokes that try too hard and less cutaway gags (with the ones that are there just treading ground).

American Dad on the other hand it making them self less caricaturized, so you feel for the characters more. Likewise they seem to be expanding their horizons in making political jokes, pop culture jokes, and focusing on the various characters instead of just Stan (with more success).
