Fastest Anime/Manga characters?

Who are the fastest anime/manga characters? (not including teleportation)
From the animes I've seen the fastest are the Gold Saints(knights) from Saint Seiya having completely mastered moving at the speed of light.

Hiei from Yuyu Hakusho.

He frickin' sliced a guy 16 times in a split-second--and that wasn't even his fastest speed (if I recall).

Since teleportation is banned, Goku is disqualified. So my pick goes to Admiral Kizaru from One Piece. Not only can he move at the speed of light, he IS light incarnate. He has the most mpressive speed feat I've seen in the medium other than Goku and numerous DBZ/GT characters.

The speed of light is unreasonably fast. You may as well call it teleportation.

What about Soujirou Seta from Samurai X

Since teleportation is banned, Goku is disqualified. So my pick goes to Admiral Kizaru from One Piece. Not only can he move at the speed of light, he IS light incarnate. He has the mosti mpressive speed feat i've seen in the medium other than Goku and numerous DBZ/GT characters.

Lucky Roo? I believe that was just that, a rumor. But it may very well be true but since we know almost nothing about him I don't he can be unless he has the teleportation fruit.

Lucky Roo? I believe that was just that, a rumor. But it may very well be true but since we know almost nothing about him I don't he can be unless he has the teleportation fruit.

Lol, that was the biggest bombshell ever in the series. I was amazed at how many hints Oda gave us regarding it too but no one noticed it :lol:. Truly masterful writing. But man I can't wait for the next chapter, the marines seriously pissed off Whitebeard.

Feels that way to me as well since pops is about to make his last stand. The wait is unbearable but I trust Oda, he has always delivered :).

On topic: Goku is only faster than light if he uses Instant Transmission. No doubt he is a speed demon but not at the speed of light.
