I dont collect much j's usually its nike dunks sb/ griffeys or blazers

but my favorite are the 5's 8)

These shoes are rubbish. Way over priced and they don't last very long under heavy use. The only people who buy them are idiots who are heavy followers of brands, or rich kids. Honestly, brand association is simply batty, buy a cheaper shoe on sale or something, chances are they are acutally of better quality than Jordans. Then again, I don't play basketball, soooo... I usually buy the cheapest and nicest looking running shoe I can find.

o.o im not hating on anyone, I just hate brand association, and how people think they are the greatest shoes evarz when they arent. And it doesnt bother me too much, I'm just going by what I've researched into the matter. I read a more than a few books about brans, and even wrote a paper on it for civics class two years ago, so yeah... well sorry for calling everyone who buys Jordans with blind devotion idiots, I'm sure thats not the case. Its just... like come on, 250 plus dollars for a pair of shoes that wont last much longer than a year... seems a bit ridiculous if you ask me.

everything in ur posts leads to the conclusion that you wear running shoes on the daily basis. and plus, how are nikes "rubbish" a pair of em will last way longer than a pair of vans authentics or what you wear, addidas classics. they're cheap shoes because they were made cheaply. nikes will hold even if you wear them hard + they look way nicer than anything addidas makes (for the most part) if you havent noticed, a simple scuff in addidas shoes usually leads to the crap outter layer to start peeling or something. i mean, shoes were meant to be worn and they do look better hwen dirty, but peeling? no thanks, not worth my money

usually for me to find a "nice" running shoe it will cost me a good $100, mainly because i will pound around 500 miles in them. i usually get a new pair ever few months...cheap? i dont think so.

i usually don't like having only 1 pair of shoes, so it'd add up. not all jordans are $200+, but even if u had a pair for that range, it's not that bad.......

Heh, well at least we came to some sort of conlusion. I myself have never seen a pair of Jordans for less than 200 CA, but thats just me, maybe I could look harder heh. But yeah, its just differnce of opinions, as 200 is much to much for a pair of high tops, imo.

Overpriced shoes that are made with sweatshop labor. Last time I heard, Chinese workers at Nike were making $1.75 a day.
