Favorite band / Least favorite band. Why?

What is your favorite band and who is your least favorite band? Why?

Favorite, Aerosmith, Steve Vai, and Van Halen. Least favorite, Justin Beiber, and Black Eyed Peas.

Favorite - Muse

Least Favorite - I find Mariana's Trench and Justin Bieber both quite annoying.

Favorite.... I think I would have to go with Ladytron. I love every single one of their songs.

Least: Nickelback. Listen to them, and you will know why.

Favorite: Nightwish. Tarja's voice is gorgeous, Toumas can write a song, and they just sound.

Least Favorite: I don't really have a least favorite, there isn't one that stands out in my mind

Favorite- Immortal

I love the atmospheric lyrics, precise drum fills (with Horgh, at least), mellow guitar interludes and Abbath's reptilian-esque voice.

Least favorite- Creed

I can't stand the lyrics, there's little to no intensity, Stapp has the most limited range I've ever heard, the guitarist thinks he's such hot ****.

I am extremely jelouse. :o I've been a loyal fan for a long time. I've seen them live once in 2007, had to travel through a snow storm for 3 hours and get back the next day for school, but it was worth it. I am going to see them in March again. :D

Favourite is either... Cut Copy, M83 or Mew.

Least favourite would be... Metallica.

Celtic Frost. Every album is different from the last. I dont have a least favorite.

Favorite - Iron Maiden, great instrumentals, tons of great albums, and some of the best song lyrics around.

For once we agreee lol MCR is like the happiest emo band I've ever listened to! Its sad. Good thing I only listened to it on the radio, during school, while our substitue teacher tried to search for test papers and all the other ****ates were going "omg its My Chemical Romance, the best band in the world" and I was pounding my head against my desk

Hmm, well, I'm pretty big on all of the Beatles' albums, but I especially like Revolver, Sgt. Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Abbey Road, and Rubber Soul. They're all excellent though.

Here's a list of a bunch of different songs of theirs (I tried to pick really varied ones):
