my favorite band is jimmy eat world, and i love too many of their songs i can't pick just one. my faves are - disintegration, 23, polaris, a praise chorus, here you me (played this song at my bro's funeral, he also loved jimmy eat world), table for glasses, for me this is heaven.
The Cure......I'll say Love Song.....but it's hard to limit myself to one song.:(

You know...I like The Cure, but despite the amount of praise that song gets, it just doesn't do it for me.
Love the melody, the bass line, and the lyrics while simple are complex.
True, I just think it's a little repetitious. Then again, there are songs I like that are even more repetitious...eh maybe I just find it a little sappy. Still, there's nothing technically wrong with it.

uhh , they're drums actually DO stand out. i think back in the day, i.e. '95, 311 was a big influence on music today. beautiful disaster is their best song. you shouldn't bash them dude. they are a descent band, with talented musicians in it.
