Favorite Book...

So, I'm inspired to create a literature thread... (I'm looking at you fake dickens thread!). What are some of your favorite books and authors?

My favorite book is "A Confederacy of Dunces" by John Kennedy Toole. Some of my favorite authors include Flannery O'Connor, Edgar Allan Poe, H.P. Lovecraft, Dan Brown, and J.R.R. Tolkien.

Did anyone else read A Confederacy of Dunces, I highly... highly... suggest it if you have not.

I've got a few and can't choose between them.
