I like some of the ones you posted. I would also add Alice in Chains, Tool, Saliva, maybe Metallica just to name a few.

I really hate most music of the 90's. Alt-rock, grunge, and the acceleration of commercial rap. Ugh. I grew up thinking all music sounded like that, and hated it--only when I discovered classic rock and 80's metal did I become any sort of music fan.

Accident of Birth and Chemical Wedding by Bruce Dickinson are the only real favorites that leap out at me.

I used to think that too, but I soon realized that once I dug deeper into the decade's music there was some good stuff in there. It just didn't happen to be the really popular stuff. Seriously, try some Tea Party, REM, Alice in Chains. They're exceptional bands, even though I really don't like much music from the 90s onwards.

I can't guarantee you'll like them, but whatever.  Just a suggestion if you want to look into them, which I reccomend.
