I don't understand why so many people eat while playing a game. What do you put the controller down in the middle of playing to have chips and get grease all over the controller?

I don't like getting the controller all gross. But if I have to eat, usually an apple or something. Otherwise it's just red bull, mountain dew, water... something like that.
sometimes chips, cookies, or something that wouldn't bother me too long from the keyboard. Oreo + dipping in milk + gaming on the computer = dead when CT plants the bomb. i learned the hard way. even the milk was spoiled and I didn't even know about it (all I did was dip the cookies, not drink the milk)
Sunflower seeds because you dont really have to have your hands touching the seeds...just every now and then picking up a cup to put hte seed cases in.
The same food I like when not gaming? Actually, I don't like to eat while I'm gaming. If it's a onehanded food like pizza it will most likely grease up your controller/mouse/keyboard, and if it require forks, spoons, knives etc. then I would prefer to eat it when I'm not busy.
