one of mine is "The Question" by Emery. I used to listen to screamo religiously when I was younger, and I sort of stopped appreciating it after a while. But every now and then, i'll go back to this album, despite the cheesy lyrics.

what're your faves?

The Gift - Bizzy Bone

Album only sold 150k records first week and never reached gold. Rap fans don't understand this album neither does mainstream.

It's like Micheal Jackson music about love, protecting the weak, and exposing the evils of the world.

This was 2001 outkast single was ms. jackson, usher & r kelly were famous, ludacris first album, jay-z izzo single, even shaggy it wasn't me was adored by mainstream, yeah The Gift didn't fit in the radio at all. (Same problem Kid Cudi has Indicud is a solid album)

Definitely a guilty pleasure since others can't appreciate this album.

Definitely Chocolate Starfish and the Hot Dog Flavored Water by Limp Bizkit. Juvenile, angry lyrics but it just so happened that I was an angry juvenile at the time it came out and the album managed to gain a special place in my heart. Still enjoy playing it every now and then.

Why is that a guilty pleasure? That album is fucking awesome, just like the band in general. Arrows & Anchors is just as good too. It's a shame they broke up.

20 Jazz Funk Greats by Throbbing Gristle

Not exactly a "guilty pleasure", but I can imagine all the looks I'd get.

You're right, I don't feel guilty for listening to FTM. Don't know why I said them. I just don't listen to them much anymore.

I guess a better response would be like Attila and their album "Rage" or their album "Outlawed". Actually the band Attila itself is a guilty pleasure of mine.

Poor lyrical content but the beats and hooks were catchy and i would find myself nodding to the song.

Famous Last Words by Hedley. It has sentimental value for me. When I got my first car, summer war just starting, next year was university, and this was the only CD I had in my car for weeks. Every time I hear a song off that album now I think of warm weather, freedom, and being excited for the future.
