Who is your favorite Harry Potter star?
-Emma Watson (Hermione Granger)
-Rupert Grint (Ron Weasley)
-Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter)
I think I'd have to go with Ron, he's mad cool and a down to earth guy. Hilarious personality too.

Luna Lovegood
I hate Luna so much, I hate her more than Moaning Myrtle
I like Luna. Moaning Myrtle you couldn't really sympathise with. Luna on the other hand you felt bad for her and she kept you interested simply by being such a strange and spacey character.[QUOTE="avatar_genius"]

Luna is hilarious and she is damn fine. 8)
hmm...well it is definitely not Radcliffe, took him 6 films to finaly learn to act...Id go with Rupert Grint he is actually pretty damn funny in those films.SaintLeonidas
And he was still one of the worst actors (the?) in the movie.
Evanna Lynch (Luna Lovegood) is my favorite, but out of the three big stars, definately Rupert Grint.thequietguy
Evanna Lynch and Alan RickmanBlubadoxYay. :D

rupert
he's the only one that acts normal, as seems like a real down to earth guy. both emma and daniel seem to want to put on their smiley faces for the cameras and act all fake...
And he was still one of the worst actors (the?) in the movie.FlyingArmbarNah, the worst was Alan Rickman.
He was good but he would have never been able to pull off what Dumbledore does in the later films, he was too old and slow, its unfortunate that he died but it was a good thing that they got another actor.I liked the original Dumbledore, but then he died.

Agreed.
It's ironic, the old Dumbledore was only in the first two movies, and to be quite frank, those are the only ones I give a darn about.
I started to stop caring when I saw movie #3.

Yeah, Harris was perfect for the first two films. If only he had been born 10 years later.
Instead we get the supremely disinterested Michael Gambon. Bleh.
hermoine is supposed to be arrogantI don't like Emma Watson, something about her face really puts me off - maybe it's arrogance, her acting also looks very forceful.....pity.

No, Harry Potter is arrogant, Hermione is supposed to be proud, caring and very insecure...this was said by Rowling herself.
How do so many people like Luna?!?!??!?! I found her annoying even in the book. The actress I have nothing against but the movie character is TERRIBLE especially her voice. Anyways I vote for Voldemort cuz hes badass.
the spunkiness of Gambon... neither of them are perfect IMO.SkylinePigeonGambon is spunky? I just see him staring grimly at things and mumbling his lines.

Eh, I'd say Hermione does have a tinge of arrogance in the typical Gryffindor way. She can be quite vicious (think about the SNEAK pimples on Edgecombe's face, taking Umbridge to the Centaurs, etc.), and she wouldn't be that mean if she didn't think her sense of ideals was superior to others. She's not Draco or anything, but she does have some arrogance I think.[QUOTE="SkylinePigeon"] the spunkiness of Gambon... neither of them are perfect IMO.Cherokee_JackGambon is spunky? I just see him staring grimly at things and mumbling his lines. Maybe energy would be a better word? Even though his energy is typically anger, he seemed to have more power than Harris. Harris was too passive for my liking. I thought Gambon was good in the newest movie. He'll never be able to take back shaking Harry in movie 4, but at least this one was better.

That's not necessarily arrogance.one more thing why does everyone dislike dumbledore? I think hes awesome! Him and Voldemort are the two best characters (in the movies atleast) followed by Emma. Although Sirius Black was pretty cool 2.

She's not Draco or anything, but she does have some arrogance I think. She jinxed that parchment just as a precaution, she never really expected Marietta would spill the beans, but yes she is a little forceful personailty- it's very odd because in HBP she keeps telling Harry to get rid of his potions book, Harry thinks she's jealous....how wrong he was in the end.
I think Hermione has a bit of a Raskolnikov complex. Basically, she thinks she's smarter and knows better than everyone, so her judgement is always correct. That's why she gets so mad at Harry when he keeps the book and when he won't do Occlumency... Harry has his reasons, but Hermione thinks she's right and is forceful about it. That's why she can be mean to others at times, because she thinks that if you aren't living up to her standards she has the right to punish you for it. She doesn't really force her arrogance on her friends, just her enemies. Doesn't make her not arrogant. I'm not saying she's a jerk to every person she meets, she's not that arrogant--but she is a little. I think most Gryffindors are. :P And I'm not hating on her for it, either. I'm waaaaaaaaaaay too much like Hermione to hate her for anything.SkylinePigeon
LOL I think you are being like Hermione (as you describe her) by trying to force us to believe shes arrogant. lol (thats a joke by the way) Anyways I think Hermione is just over cautious which leads her to being right about most things which causes her to get mad when things go wrong.
