My favorite hero is probably Flash, and my favorite villan would be Silver Surfer or Sandman.

I didn't know that the Silver Surfer was a villian for the most part.. Goku as the hero and Frieza as the villian. Ultimate training pays off vs naturally one of the most powerful beings in the cosmos.

I choose Lex Luthor (from Justice League Unlimited).  Lex's plotting & scheming to turn the Government & Justice League against each other was movie material.

Plus many other greats from Xmen.  There are too many on the Marval side for me to choose only one.
