The Hangover totally destroys in this category. It perfectly ends the film and you actually WANT to see the credits. Anyone who has seen the movie can atest to how brilliant the credits are.

When they say credits I just immediately thought of the Hangover myself. Never seen Barb Wire.
In terms of great opening credits, one of the Spiderman movies had a great animation and the Dawn of the Dead remake had 2 really well-done credit sequences.
the ending credits of the original planet of the apes are great. theres so much music throughout the whole film and then you get hit with the ending and a fade out to waves.
I love Iron Man's more than just about any and maybe Transformers 1. Also most Jackie Chan movies since it showed him doing his stunts and usually messing them up and getting hurt in some way lol.
