Yea I'm sure this is overposted, but I haven't seen any up here in a while, so whatever...
And could you be specific? For example, if you like metal, what type? Thrash, black, death? Maybe throw in a couple artists too?
Thanks for posting:D

Classical is technically the best genre, but I dig rock music and movie soundtracks. I'm particularly fond of singer-songwriter guys like Bob Dylan and Tom Waits and fully orchestrated soundtracks.
So far I'm the only one that's put Classical...and by that I was assuming you meant music by composers like Mozart, Beethoven, Chopin etc...because that is the type of music I listen to and prefer personally.Wren28Gary Oldman much?

Got a problem with that? I just admire him as an actor.

I've got no problem. Gary Oldman is an excellent actor that deserves more attention.I was not at all in love with Immortal Beloved, but I felt Gary Oldman gave one of the best male performances of 1994.
Ahhh! wheres Blues and Folk! *Dies*kurtoronie
you could consider that under jazz I guess. They're very similar

Oh, OK:). I agree with you on both accounts:)...although I did like Immortal Beloved, I'm just not sure how completely accurate to Beethoven's life it was...I'm sure some was made up.

That's not a huge issue with me. I felt the script had problems, but there's one scene in there that might just be one of the greatest of the nineties, and that's the one where Ode to Joy is playing while Beethoven floats in that lake as a child. It's just too bad they had to take a storytelling approach that didn't really work. Please Log In to post.
