I like Michael. IMO he's the deepest character on the show.

Dwight's another personal favorite...I like all of them, really.

Andy isn't that bad. I'm scared to find out what will happen to Ryan though, doesn't look like he will be in season 4 much. :(

I can't wait. I own season 1 and 2 and I plan to go and buy season 3 as soon as it comes out...I haven't seen all of season 3 yet so once I get my hands on it it's going to be a very good day :D

The two aren't really similar.

Pam. Jenna Fischer is gorgeous.

Creed has some good one liner's, and the writing for Jim and Dwight is excellent.

He would have been fine as a side character but they brought him in too much as a strong personality. There was a 5 show arch or so where he was WAY too much of a focus, it cut everyone else out. He's nothing but a punching bag now (like Meg on Family Guy) but the show hasn't been to par since, IMO.

I like Jim the best. I mean how can you not love how much he makes fun of Dwight. Especially when he became Dwight. syorks
