So I really like podcasts from npr, but I have been branching out with several other podcasts as well as audiobooks. I'm currently looking for suggestions for new podcasts. Do you guys listen to podcasts? If so what are some of your favorites?

I'm subscribed to these on my iPhone Podcasts app: Second Captains, Football Weekly, 5 Live's Football Daily, The Bill Simmons Podcast, Soundings from The NY Review of Books, London Review Podcast, Guardian Books Podcast, NY Times Book Podcast, NPR Books, Planet Money, and BBC Discovery,

Nah, that show is over the top.
I don't listen to podcasts but I do watch some videos on youtube that are similar to podcasts in their format. One of them is the Collider Jedi Council.
So I started listening to a podcast called "The Truth" yesterday and omg you guys should give this a try. It's short stories, and they are incredibly emotional and effective at getting you to feel those emotions. Also break out your good headphones if you've got them as the sound effects and music is excellent.
The Joe Rogan Experience and The Church of What's Happening Now. I love these podcasts. The JRE is great at exploring all sorts of subjects with his interviews of celebrities, comedians, fighters, as well as fringe scientists and philosophers. He does it from a layman's perspective, which is nice. It's entertaining and educational. The Church on the other hand is a killer podcast I watch to balance out the JRE. It's great because it's a lot less topical, a lot less politically correct, and a lot funnier. Most of the time Joey Diaz is just stoned off his ass, eating marijuana edibles, and making his fat podcasting friend, the flying Jew, eat a bunch with him. Last Sunday they took acid with Ari Shaffir and it was absolutely hilarious.
I also watch The Morning Joint with Joey Diaz on Periscope. He basically just smokes some bowls or a joint live on camera and talks to himself a bit - sort of like having your own smoke buddy. These podcasts changed my life a bit. They're so much fun and makes for great live (or archived) entertainment for when you're at home or work.
