For me its a toss up between J. Peterman and George Steinbrenner

But Peterman wins it. His portrayal in the show is perfect, and he is probably my favorite secondary character.

Peterman was awesome! All Seinfeld Bosses brought their own little something to the show, but my favorite 2 would have to be Peterman and Steinbregner (dunno if I spelled that correctly, but who cares lol)

Good topic. Mine's definitely Kruger. I love when the "r" falls off the building and he suggests they start going by "Kay-ooger".
