It is really hard to choose - but when I think about it there was one skit that even now if I think about it I start laughing (people probably think what's wrong with me) - it never gets old to me

The Simpsons: Evolution Intro

My fave is when Bart is in love with the reverands daughter. And hes walkin up to the church and he hears choir singing which sounds like a little girl. Dead high pitched lol. HE goes "oooh myy....that sweet siren song"

Opens the door and its Ned Flanders haha. Amazing. 

will recently i love the following 2 moments,

i didnt find them funny untill, i guess i was older

1. Millhouse : What about us cool kids ? do we just CHIIIIIILL out ???

2. Moe : They got my bus pass, THEY GOT MY BUSS PASS !!!!

It's also hard for me to choose one, but I love that episode. :)

It has to be a Mr. Burns moment.  From a Halloween special when they go to ape Island and he drops a gas nade on himself.

Then there is when he goes to the Mayo Clinic.

Or when Mr Burns drowns in the tub during the weed episode.
