What was your favorite treat to get when you went trick or treating?

I always dug the caramel apples that an old lady down the road made for us.

Then, the scares of people putting stuff into the made goods came out, and the caramel apples ceased. :(

Thats awfully boring, even worse than tooth brushes and bananas. But to answer the question probably those Pringles chips, sour patch kids, chocolate bars and a can of pop was a big bonus.

My neighbor always gave me a tasty can of Play-Doh.:lol:

Anything that's sweet, chocolate, chewy, crunchy, has nuts or is just generally awesome.

Any full sized candy bar was a huge deal. Kit kats were probably my fav thing to get in general though, regardless of size. The worst were those stupid popcorn balls or weird Asian candy that we didn't recognize. No offense to people who like Asian candy! But it looked cheap and weird and the wrappers weren't in English.

Lollipops and small chocolate bars.
