My standard:

I prefer some form of beef, with some type of cheese... usually put on whole wheat bread or something. No garnish. Just meat, cheese, and bread... Simple, like cavemen used to make.
- Turkey/chicken sandwish:
On some kind of fresh bread / bun. Doesn't matter too much what kind.
Then either: Sliced turkey, Leftover turkey/chicken or chicken pieces (sketchy frozen ones?),
Then: lettuce, bacon, cheese (cheedar, sometimes white cheddar, sometimes cheddar + mozzerella cheese), mayonnaise (we have Miricle Whip..) and/or mustard, then some salt and pepper.
Sometimes I throw random spices like chilli power, cayenne pepper, or pre-made mixed bottles. It doesn't really improve it.
Sometimes I grill it. This is good.
- Turkey (or chicken) sandwishes after having turkey or chicken the day before. Especially turkey. Can have it with gravy for hot turkey sandwish.
- Grilled cheese sandwish. Fresh bread, cheddar, butter. Made with a grill-thing that squishes it down, then you cut it and add salt. Have a dill pickle with it.
The first two are a million times better if mom makes them.
Subway's Chicken Bacon Ranch and the Philly Cheesesteak are two of the tastiest sandwiches I've ever eaten. Though 80% of their other sandwiches taste way too similar, those two have a special kick and some delicious cheesyness. Its a shame they also happen to be the two most expensive sandwiches in the store.
Philly cheesesteaks are awesome.
Meatball subs are my favorite, but I don't eat them that often because there are many healthier subs to choose from.
Everytime I get a sub it's a footlong turkey, with cheese, green pepper, banana pepper, lettuce, pickles and honey mustard.
Penn Station makes great Philly Cheesesteaks though if i dont go for that then i would take a classic club.Kurushiotheir philly subs are awesome. I especially like that they use banana peppers.

Meatball subs I love but I feel like they are hit or miss depending on the places ability to obviously make a good meatball.
I haven't had a philly cheesesteak in ages, so I'm craving one right now.
Also, I've NEVER had a beef dip, which kind of shocks me, but I will try one next time I see an Arby's... or wherever they serve those.
subway chicken is like rubber. Subway in general is healthy though if you pick the right items. Most of the Subway things. Yum. ;p

To be fair, it seems like Quiznos has rubber-y chicken too. I can't remember eating chicken at Subway to compare though.
If I actually buy a sandwish I get Quiznos' Chicken Carbonara... The other ingredients are pretty okay, but the chicken is rubber. >_>
First thing I do when I get back to the States, I'm ordering a large Philly Cheesesteak footlong from Subway with extra cheese and bacon, plus ALL the hot peppers on top that I can fit. Mmmmmmm......
When I go to Subway I will generally get an ItalianBMTtoasted with cheese, cucumber, green pepper, sweetcorn and lots of jalapenos with lots of hot chili sauce and mayonnaise :D
