Favourite live action batman?

Who do you feel played the best live action batman? I am personally fond of Christian Bale's, but that probably mostly has to do with the fact that Christopher Nolan is the only director to depict the character correctly. What do you think?

The new Batman movies take themselves to seriously. Taking Batman serious is silly because when it is all said and done its just a grown man in a bat costume.

Keaton. And it's not even close.

Christian Bale did an excellent job representing Batman but I find the raspy voice to be irritating. Michael Keaton, however, comes close. I guess when it comes to Batman, I prefer how serious the recent movies have been rather than the showy and ridiculous past Batman films.

Christian Bale hands down. I never liked any of the other movies before Batman Begins. Well I kinda like the Adam West, its funny.

I also like Bale, I like the Nolan series the best. Not as lame and corny as some of the others. My second favorite is Keaton. He did a great job too.

Iwas a kid of the 70's so I go with Adam West.

Absolutley this. Frankly, I'm surprised there isn't more support for this breakdown as it's clearly correct.

Bale may be the very worst Batman (or at best right in front of Clooney...), but he's the epitome of the disinterested playboy billionaire.

Keaton is too broody for my taste as Wayne, but his Batman is pitch perfect (to say nothing of understandable).

Almostmuch a tie between Keaton and Bale, but Bale wins for me.

But Kevin Conroy is the best Batman. Whenever I read a Batman comic I hear his voice.

I'll say Adam West because I like watching the Batman show when I was a kid since I thought it was "new" at the time. :lol: I'm not really fond of the other actors especially Clooney.

bale for me. i can't imagine why directors would cast two dudes with such pouting lips...val kilmer and michael keaton both look daft in the cowl.

I've never really liked anyone who's played Batman.

But since I enjoyed Batman (1989) more than any other Batman movie, I'll go with Keaton.

Bale was the best Bruce Wayne. I'm leaning towards Keaton over Bale for best Batman, but that might be because I LOVED Batman 89 as a kid. I can't tell you how many times I watched it lol.
