Yea ok... Looks like you've never heard good Trance.
Check out this list and maybe you can find some on the internet, some of the greatest Trance songs ever are on there, I mostly agree with list :)

If you can't find anything, I can help you out...
Trance is amazing!:D
If you want to buy albums/ compilations, I highly recommend any In Search of Sunrise 1 through 6 from Tiesto and Northern Exposure from Sasha and Digweed (Although you can find all of that on the internet now  )
Some artists you might want to check out ;):
Tiesto
Paul van Dyk
Sasha
Ferry Corsten
Armin van Buuren
Markus Schulz
Above and Beyond
Orbital
Marco V
Cosmic Gate
Pryda (Eric Prydz)
Alot more, but I'm sure you'll find out more artists you like after you listen to some of their music.
Also I forgot to say, try and tune in to the many Trance radio shows that are out there!
There's:
Trance Around the World - Above and Beyond (my favourite)
A State of Trance - Armin van Buuren (second favourite:P)
Global DJ Broadcast - Markus Schulz
Club Life - Tiesto
I try and listen to all of them and they have all the latest in Trance on their shows so definately try and listen to those!
Pryda (Eric Prydz)

Haha yea seems like everyon who doesn't know much about electronic music just names anything that sounds like it's made on a computer "techno".
Those are both great artists/groups in their genre though :)
