Oh yeah! Like the episode of Metalocolypse (sp?) where Muderface tells Pickles and the drummer (can't think of his name) not to pee in the Amazon River when they go down there.

First thing Murderface does is pee in the river. And I actually know about these fish too! They can swim so fast, that the time it takes for the urine stream to touch the water till the time you finish peeing, the little fish are already in your urethra.

They are jumping a waterfall, whereas this fish is supposedly swimming through a tiny (possibly non-continuous) stream up into a tiny hole.

There are in parts of the Amazon where it tracks the source of warm urine follows it and then plants itself with these spikes inside the dude and eventually damaging the guy beyond repair
