Personally I believe the mighty Boosh is giving British comedy a bad name.

Are you high? Noel Fielding and Julian Barrat have given British comedy the shot in the arm it needed. Instead of following the rules of what the suits behind the channels think comedy should be like they've broken them all and their show is hilarious, random, weird and crazy.

Which by the way is exactly what Monty Pythons Flying Circus did. And no ones has ever said that gave British comedy a bad name. Quite the opposite in fact.

im sorry but theyre so different its impossible to compare. im a fan of both but Mighty Boosh is more about weird fantasy and poor effects for effect. Flight of the Conchords are more about real life and social situations and coming into something big from something small.

Flight of the Conchords by FAR. Its clever humour, the two guys who do it are masters. Its unique.

The Mighty Boosh is, to be honest, average at best. Its nothing new, its nothing special and its certainly not unique.

Flight of The Conchords is geniunely funny.

I watched that Mighty Boosh video, it was stupid.

Your a good man for trying to convert them to the light side of The Boosh but your wasting your time. If they're American they won't understand our wacky and weird British sense of humour. They prefer it to follow the conventions of what a comedy should be like. It's the only reason...
