I used to see flying ants, but I don't anymore. Something must've happened to them all.

I saw those once. I think they were males or something that fly around from nest to nest to mate with all the queens.

occassionally most of the time theyre just small ants coming to eat the trash daamn them

Wow dang, those are some huge ants actually. Back at home, I would occasionally see a random flying ant, but nothing like those.

And btw, you should edit in a 56k warning because of those pics.

Where do you live? Termites and carpenter ants typically swarm in late spring/early summer in North America. Winged ants and termites represent the breeder divisions of their colonies, and swarm when their environment warms up. If you're seeing flying ants this time of year in North America, that's extremely unusual.
