Football no doubt. However it is funny to see someone dunk or make a buzzer beater (in any one of 90 or so games) and celebrate as if they had just won a gold medal or title fight.

Bigger fan of football, love NFL and NCAA. As for basketball, I love college basketball. As for playing the sports, I enjoy playing football, suck real bad at playing basketball.

Basketball has more games than football (basketball has 82 games and football has 16 or 17). So you can experience more of basketball. I think basketball is better just because I play it more and its my primary sport. But hands down Super Bowl has more views than the NBA Finals. That's my opinion.
