For the hollywood adaptation of Death Note, who do you think should play Light?

I was looking around for a moment when the thread about Bleach made me think about it, and I found something about this guy, now I dont know, but I think if he let his hair grow out like this or even alittle longer, he may be able to pull it off..


I dont know about his acting background though, so I cant say anything about his skills, just his look.

Who do you guys think should play Light Yagami in a Death Note movie?

I'm not sure if it's a good idea for hollywood to make an adaption.

I'd cast Zac Efron as Light.

What's with all these anime adaptations? Are they running out of superheros to adapt to the big screen already?

I remember a while back there was talk of a movie version of Full Metal Panic and Zac Efron as the lead.
