You can do anything you want, any bill you decree will be passed immediately, their world is yours to control. What do you do with such power? I'd give their hockey teams to the US because we suck except for the Mighty Ducks. I'd also get rid of taxes, give everyone making less than 100k a year welfare, and plan a hostile takeover of Cuba, that communist country.

You guys gotta think bigger than that!! Like Canadian military. I would fill them with every kind of steroid imaginable to make them strong. I would make Sailor Moon and the Sisterhood of the Traveking Pants required reading for the elementary school boys to help them understand women. Elementary girls would read Dragonball z and Atlas Shrugged to understand men. Every 42 year old male and female would be required to carry a katana and if they didn't, they'd have to rub onions on an open wound. Criminals would be screwed in Capitanada. Sexual offense/Rape/etc? Death penalty. Stealing? Death Penalty. Murder/Homicide/Drug selling? Death Penalty. Also criminals would be forced to take singing lessons.
