Former President poses with Pornographic Actresses

Former President Bill Clinton posed for a photo with three pornographic actresses. Do you consider this act as damaging to his already tarnished image (recall the Monica Lewinsky scandal), or as non-problematic? Furthermore, if this act is non-problematic but only because he already has a tarnished image, would it be damaging for any other former (or current) president?

Isn't this just part of Clinton's persona now?

Presidents have posed with other world leaders who have committed atrocities in their own countries, so posing with a pornstar or two seems mild in comparison.
