I've been meaning to buy the DVD set for a while now after I saw Judd Apatow's name on it, plus it starred then-unknowns Seth Rogan, James Franco, and Jason Segel, plus other actors that star in Apatow films. While I was walking through Best Buy on Friday and saw it on sale for 10 bucks, so I decided to buy it. It is honestly one of the best shows I have ever seen!!! The characters are so compelling and are so easy to relate to. The writers and actors did a great job of making their characters feel real, instead of the fake crap you get on today's high school shows. They seriously dont make shows like this anymore. I got a bit teary eyed when I reached the last episode because I didn't want it to end, but I also smiled because the way it ended felt so real when [spoiler] the friends went their seperate ways and did their own thing, just like in real high school [/spoiler]
So who else loves this show? I'm kind of sad that I just discovered now, almost 10 years after it was cancelled:(
also, who was your favorite character? Mine was Lindsay but also Bill, because he was hilarious but also such a loser:lol:
