Freddy Krueger vs Wolverine

So who would win that fight?

Personally I'm giving it to Wolverine because even though Freddy can't die I'm not sure he could cut through adamantium either and Wolverine could at least put Freddy out of commission.

Wolverine really can't die either. Plus he's got claws on both hands.

That is so absurdly awesome.

wolverine can die. just because is skeleton is adamantium doesn't mean his tendons are. he can still lose a limb if ripped apart or cut precisely. like if got his head ripped off. also massive burning could kill him too if you burned/cooked all the flesh and organs. Freddy however exists in dreams. don't know how wolvie would kill him. since freddy controls the dream world he can in theory have wolverine trapped and burn him or pull off his head. it's been shown that what happens in the dream happens in reality so freddy could kill wolvie.Ontain

No, it's hard to explain. In two of the films, Freddy at one point or another compromises gravity and drags some girl onto the ceiling of her room and uses his claws to grind her up into a pile of bloody pulp.

It's this kind of **** that is why I stopped reading superhero comics.

The need to make every superhero either so invincible that they literally cannot be killed, or to make death itself so reversible that it doesn't matter when anyone gets killed.

Wolverine has a healing factor, and he has claws, and he has an adamantium skeleton. How that's supposed to save him when he gets incinerated down to his skeleton, or when someone removes his entire liver, I don't know. But damnit, he's Wolverine, and Marvel can't kill off their most popular character. So he just keeps on coming back more indestructible, until it gets to the point where they might as well reveal that his REAL mutant power is that he absolutely cannot die, EVER.

They made wolverine to powerful, but he can still sleep.
