Free Hugs Campaign at V Tech campus

Has there been a free hugs campaign at V Tech in light of recent events? I was rewatching the youtube videos after months of not watching them and figured that free hugs would do wonders for students and nearby family members who could use a hug. With all of the focus on the killer it seems like the victims are being forgotten. Nothing can replace what was lost that day, but I know when I feel horrible a hug always helps. So has anyone done this?

Aren't hugs always free? ...Or am I just not getting something here? :?

I think a free hug campaign at the V Tech campus would be a nice idea, but in practice, it would end up being patronising, and in light of the seriousness of the events, completely ineffective.Happy_Cloud
